Just you and me and lazy hot days spent under lollipop trees flat on our backs in tall tickly grass warmed by a butterscotch breeze. Then slowly I open an eye, just a peek at the sky. Oh, how can it be? Looping and swirling, they soar and they zing. Potbellied pigs with butterfly wings. I try to wake you, shake you to your feet, but you're curled up fast asleep. Look, I say, a pig, oh so big, oh so round. How does it even leave the ground? And just as quick as they came, they scatter, dissolved into dawn and ethereal matter. But maybe, just maybe, oh maybe, just might, those pigs will come back on some other dream night.
